ROTARY AWARENESS DAY

PURPOSE

Celebrate Rotary’s Birthday at our Minnesota Capitol. Join Rotarians and Youth Exchange Students from Districts 5950, 5960 & 5580 to speak up in favor of Rotary and our service projects.

To socialize, tell our Rotary story to legislators, and to hear from them about state efforts related to our programs and values. We have several Rotarian-legislators who will be greeting us. Know a Rotary member-legislator? Invite them, or schedule an office visit now.

Come and go as you like. Rotary affiliates and legislators are invited to stop by, mingle, view exhibits and attend optional activities of interest.

PROGRAM

We will introduce Rotary’s historic Four-Way Test as a guide for “the things we think, say and do.” A coalition of Legislators will share briefly happenings of the Session, and how our Four-Way Test can fit into activities of a legislative Civility Caucus. Additional speakers available.

How to Get There

Adjacent is a parking lotparking facilities on the complex include pay stations for visitor parking. Bring a Visa or Mastercard (not AmEx).

There are three (3) Light Rail stations located in the Capitol Complex including the Robert Street Station, just east of the Centennial Office Building.
